I was 18 when I started working for Mr B at SVH, and am proud to say I am still there after over 40 years. I have many fond memories of Mr B. Like a lot of staff. Knocking on his office door each morning for the allocated post he would always be sat there with the wonderful smell of fresh coffee, and a bellowing “Good morning” He had a way of being firm, but also encouraging at the same time giving you confidence in your role.
